Oh, and look at these strawberry greyhound poptails! I would love to share these with the kids, so maybe I will substitute the vodka with juice or sparkling cider.

You know, I have been wanting to eat something healthy (for once) with tons of veggies. Then I came upon the Grilled Ratatouille Pasta Salad. YUMM!
And by the way, yesterday I made the taco pasta (from yesterday's post). It was sooo delicious! The kids ate it up! The recipe is a saver.
